At AXPA365 we are a technology consultancy specialized in the Microsoft ecosystem. We help SMEs and companies implement, customize and get the most out of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Power Platform and Azure, always with a practical, results-driven approach.
What sets us apart isn't just technical knowledge — which, as a Microsoft partner, we always keep up to date — but the way we work: close, transparent and committed to each client's business. We combine a functional profile (we understand your processes) and a technical profile (we build custom AL development), so we cover your project end to end, from implementing Business Central to Power BI dashboards, with no reliance on third parties.
We work as an extension of your team: we listen, propose with sound judgment and support you after go-live too. Our goal isn't to close a project, but for your company to gain efficiency, control and decision-making power with the right technology.
Evaluation checklist
8 questions before choosing a Business Central partner
Choosing the wrong implementation partner is costly: delays, cost overruns and a half-configured ERP. These are the questions you should ask any candidate, us included.
Are they an official Microsoft partner?
What to expect: That they work daily with the tools they are going to implement for you, not just know them second-hand.
At AXPA365: We are a Microsoft technology partner and work daily with Business Central, Power BI, Power Platform and Azure.
Do they have both functional and technical profiles, or only business consulting?
What to expect: That they can configure the standard product and, if your business needs it, build custom development, without depending on a third party for every extension.
At AXPA365: We cover both profiles: we understand your processes (functional) and develop in AL when needed (technical), end to end.
How long do they take to respond to an enquiry?
What to expect: A concrete time commitment, not an "as soon as possible" with no guarantees.
At AXPA365: We respond in under 48 hours, with no endless waits or tickets that get lost.
Is the budget fixed by phase, or open hourly billing?
What to expect: A clear, phased budget, so you know what you're paying and when, with no surprises halfway through the project.
At AXPA365: We prepare tailored proposals, clear and fitted to your project, with no small print.
What happens after go-live: is there real support, or do they disappear?
What to expect: That support continues after go-live, rather than the project "ending" on launch day.
At AXPA365: 360° support: we stay by your side resolving issues and evolving your solution as your business grows.
Do they have experience in your specific sector?
What to expect: Previous cases in a sector similar to yours: every activity has its own particularities (inventory, production, sales channels...).
At AXPA365: We have experience in distribution, industry and manufacturing, fashion and textiles, retail and other sectors.
How many people will run your project, and will they stay the same?
What to expect: Team continuity. If the person changes every few months, you end up explaining your business from scratch over and over.
At AXPA365: A small, specialised team, with continuity on every project from start to finish.
Can you talk directly to whoever is running your project?
What to expect: Direct access to the technical person, with no intermediate management layers or tickets lost between departments.
At AXPA365: Close, direct contact: you speak to the person who knows your project, not a call centre.
How we work
Our process, step by step
A clear, phased method so you always know where your project stands and what comes next.
1. Analysis and assessment
Before proposing anything, we listen. We analyze your processes, your goals and your pain points to truly understand how your company works.
2. Tailored proposal
We prepare a clear, realistic proposal, organized in phases and with a quote with no fine print. You'll know what's being done, when and why.
3. Implementation and development
We configure Business Central, migrate your data and build custom (AL) development for whatever your operations need, with milestones and tracking at every stage.
4. Training and go-live
We support your team so they adopt the solution with confidence, with hands-on training and close support during go-live.
5. Support and evolution
The project doesn't end at go-live. We stay by your side, resolving issues and evolving your solution as your business grows.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
How are you different from a large integrator?
In closeness and agility. With us you talk directly to the person who knows your project, with no management layers, customer service departments or tickets getting lost between different teams. A large integrator usually has more rigid processes, longer response times and several people standing between you and whoever actually makes the technical decisions on your project. We combine the rigour of a Microsoft partner — methodology, best practices, up-to-date product knowledge — with the agile approach of a small, specialised team, where you know the people working on your project and they know you. This translates into faster decisions, fewer misunderstandings along the way, and a relationship that feels more like having a teammate than depending on an anonymous outside supplier.
What Microsoft technologies do you work with?
The whole of Microsoft's business ecosystem: Dynamics 365 Business Central as the ERP for managing finance, sales, purchasing and inventory; Power BI to turn that data into dashboards and business intelligence; Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to build custom applications and automate processes without expensive development; Azure for the cloud infrastructure underpinning the whole set-up; and Microsoft 365 for the daily workplace (email, Teams, SharePoint, Excel). We don't work with these technologies in isolation but as a connected set: most of the value appears precisely when Business Central, Power BI and Power Platform work together, feeding off the same data instead of being separate islands that have to be synced by hand.
Do you work with companies of any size or industry?
We specialise in small and medium-sized companies that want to professionalise their management, more than in a specific size: it's usually organisations with several departments whose information today is scattered between Excel and separate applications that don't talk to each other. We have experience in sectors such as distribution, industry and manufacturing, fashion and textiles, retail, logistics and transport, professional services, hospitality and construction, adapting Business Central's standard configuration to each activity's specific challenges: size and colour matrices in fashion, batch traceability in food, fleet control in transport, among other examples. If your sector isn't on that list, that's fine: Business Central is a horizontal ERP, and what changes between sectors is the configuration, not the base of the system.
What does "360° support" mean?
That we're with you through the whole project cycle, not just during implementation: initial analysis of your processes, a proposal with a clear budget, configuration and data migration, training your team and go-live. And, very importantly, what comes after: support whenever a question or problem comes up, and ongoing evolution of the system as your business changes, grows or needs new functionality. Many projects with other providers finish the implementation well but are left orphaned after go-live, with nobody checking whether the system still fits the company six months or a year later. 360° support means precisely that we don't disappear the day Business Central goes live, but remain your point of contact for everything related to the system.
How do we start working together?
With a first, no-obligation conversation, usually through the contact form or by phone. You tell us your current situation — what systems you use, what's costing you time or money, what you'd like to achieve — and from there we analyse your real needs, not the ones we assume you have based on your sector or size. With that information we propose the best path: it could be a full Business Central implementation, a migration from an old Navision version, or something more specific like a dashboard or a one-off automation. We prepare a clear, phased budget before you have to commit to anything, and we respond to any initial enquiry in under 48 hours, so you won't have to wait weeks to find out if we can help.
