Common questions

Frequently asked questions about Microsoft 365 and its licenses

Can you sell and manage my Microsoft 365 licenses?

Yes. We handle the entire lifecycle of your Microsoft 365 licences: we advise you on which plan fits your team, purchase and set them up, and from there manage new-user setups, removals for people leaving the company, and plan changes as each role's needs change. Everything arrives on a single invoice with a single point of contact, instead of you having to manage the Microsoft portal yourself or split management across several providers. You stay completely free of the administrative and licensing side, and always talk to the same team for both licensing and the rest of your technology environment.

What Microsoft 365 plan does my company need?

It depends on how many of you there are and what you'll use it for: whether you only need professional email and the basic desktop apps, how much you'll rely on Teams for meetings and collaboration, how much cloud storage you need, or whether your industry or the type of data you handle means it's worth having advanced security and compliance features. The different plans — Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium or the Enterprise plans — cover different combinations of these needs, and the priciest plan isn't always the best fit if you won't actually use all its features. We analyse how your team works today and recommend the plan that really fits, without overpaying for features you won't take advantage of.

Can I change plans or add users later?

Yes. Microsoft 365 licences are contracted per user, so you can add seats when you bring in new people, reduce them if someone leaves the company, or change a specific user's plan if their needs change (for example, if they start needing advanced security features their current plan doesn't include). We handle processing each change with Microsoft and configuring it correctly in your environment, so the person affected keeps working normally with no interruption to their email, files or apps during the process. We also periodically review your set of licences, to spot seats that may no longer be in use and that you're paying for unnecessarily.

Are Business Central licenses the same as Microsoft 365 licenses?

No, they're completely different licences, although it's a common mistake to confuse them since both are Microsoft products and are sometimes contracted together. Microsoft 365 covers email, office apps, Teams and cloud storage; Business Central is the ERP, licensed separately, per user, as Essentials (full functionality), Premium (adds manufacturing and service management features) or Team Members (more limited access, meant for people who only need to view or enter occasional data, not manage the ERP in depth). The same employee might need a Microsoft 365 licence without needing Business Central, or vice versa. We advise on both at once, so the set of licences you contract is consistent with what each person on your team actually needs.

Can you migrate my current email to Microsoft 365?

Yes. We migrate your email, contacts, calendars and files from your current provider — whether another email provider, your own server, or even a badly configured Microsoft 365 subscription — to your new Microsoft 365 environment, with no message, contact or document lost in the process. We plan the change carefully, usually outside peak hours, to minimise the impact on your team's day-to-day work, and coordinate switching your domain's technical records (DNS, MX) at the right moment so incoming mail isn't lost or duplicated during the transition. At the end of the process, your team keeps access to their entire email and file history, now inside Microsoft 365.

Do you offer support after implementation?

Yes. The implementation isn't a project that gets closed and forgotten: we keep managing your Microsoft 365 environment on an ongoing basis, handling user setups and removals, adjusting permissions as roles change within your company, monitoring security configuration to adapt it to new threats, and resolving any issue that comes up day to day, from a file access problem to a question about how to use a specific Teams feature. We also support the service's natural evolution as your company grows: more users, more storage or security needs, integration with other tools. The goal is that you always have someone to call, instead of having to manage everything yourself from the Microsoft admin portal.
