Document signing
Sign contracts, quotes and documents from any device.
Sign and send documents for signature with full legal validity, quickly and paperless, integrated with your systems.

Electronic signature speeds up your contracts, quotes and documents. We implement legally valid signature solutions and workflows that integrate with your operations and Business Central.
Printing, signing, scanning and emailing it back is a slow process that delays contracts, quotes and any document that needs sign-off from several people.
We implement an electronic signature solution with full legal validity, integrated into your daily operations and, when you need it, with Business Central, so closing a document takes just minutes.
Sign contracts, quotes and documents from any device.
Signatures with full legal guarantee and traceability of every document.
Circuits with multiple signers, reminders and automatic tracking.
Connected with Business Central and your management applications.
You upload the document (contract, quote, invoice...) and define who needs to sign it, in what order and with what automatic reminders if someone falls behind.
Each signer receives a link to sign from any device, with nothing to install; the signature is linked to their identity and carries full legal validity.
The signed document and its complete audit trail (who signed, when and from where) are archived, and if the process is connected to Business Central, the status is also reflected in your ERP.
Yes. European regulation (eIDAS) and Spanish law recognise different levels of electronic signature, and with the right safeguards — reliable identification of the signer, document integrity (so it can't be altered after signing) and evidence of when it was signed — it has full legal validity before the authorities and the courts, just like a handwritten signature on paper. The key isn't the signature itself, but that the process leaves verifiable proof of who signed, exactly what they signed and when, which in fact tends to be harder to forge or challenge than a paper signature, where checking authenticity can require a handwriting expert. We choose the right signature level based on the type of document and the risk involved in each case.
As many as you need: there's no practical limit on signers per document. You can define workflows with several signers in sequential order (one signs first, and only once done is the next one asked) when the order matters — for example, the department head signing before management — or in parallel when everyone can sign at once without depending on each other. The system sends automatic reminders to anyone who hasn't signed yet, so you don't have to chase each person by email or phone to get their part done. This is especially useful for documents with many signers — a contract with several partners, an agreement between several companies — where coordinating signatures by hand can drag on for weeks.
No. Each signer receives a link, usually by email, and signs directly from their computer, tablet or phone browser, with no extra program or app to install. This matters because many electronically signed documents go to people outside your company — customers, suppliers, external partners — whom you can't and shouldn't ask to install specific software just to sign a one-off document. The process is designed so anyone, with no technical knowledge, can complete the signature in a couple of minutes from the link they receive, with no friction or preliminary steps that might make them abandon it halfway through.
Yes, when your business workflow requires it. For example, for quotes or contracts generated directly from Business Central, we can send them for signature without leaving the ERP, and the signature status (pending, signed, rejected) is also reflected inside the system, so you know where each document stands without having to check a separate tool. This stops electronic signing from becoming an island disconnected from the rest of your operations: instead of managing your quotes in Business Central on one side and their signatures in a separate, unconnected tool on the other, the whole cycle stays visible and traceable from the same place you already work in every day.
Contracts with customers or suppliers, quotes that need formal acceptance, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, employment contracts, or generally any document you currently handle on paper (with the cost of printing, signing, scanning and filing that involves) or by email with no real guarantee of who accepted it or when. If your company still prints documents just so someone can sign them and then scans them again to file digitally, that's exactly the kind of process electronic signing replaces from start to finish, saving time, paper, and the physical shipping sometimes needed to get a paper document to someone to sign.
A standard connector or a custom development? The question that actually decides is whether someone has already solved your exact case before.
