Common questions

Frequently asked questions about our services

What services does AXPA365 offer?

We're a consultancy specialised in Microsoft's business ecosystem, and we cover it end to end: implementation, support and custom development of Business Central as your ERP, migrations from Navision to the current cloud version, dashboards and data analysis with Power BI, process automation and custom apps with Power Platform, cloud infrastructure on Azure, and the day-to-day workplace with Microsoft 365. Beyond these services, we also build specific solutions that install inside Business Central for very particular needs — Spanish tax rules, electronic invoicing, online-store integrations, leasing and renting — so you can solve a specific problem without needing a large custom project.

Do you only work with Microsoft technology?

Yes, and it's a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Instead of spreading effort across many different technologies and ending up mastering none of them in depth, we focus on Microsoft's ecosystem to know it with the depth a real project needs: its best practices, its specific limitations and how its different pieces fit together. That lets us guarantee Business Central, Power BI, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365 integrate with each other without friction, because Microsoft itself designed them to work together. If your company uses a tool outside this ecosystem, we take it into account when designing the integration, although our deepest expertise is on the Microsoft side.

Can you combine several services in the same project?

Of course, and in fact it's common for a single project to combine several of our services. Since we cover the whole ecosystem with one team, we can connect Business Central with Power BI so your dashboards feed directly from ERP data with no manual exports, with Power Platform to automate processes that today rely on emails and spreadsheets, or with Azure when you need extra infrastructure to host your data or applications. Instead of contracting each piece from a different provider and having to act as go-between when something breaks, you have a single point of contact responsible for making everything work together.

Do you work with companies of any size?

We work mainly with small and medium-sized businesses that want to digitalise their management leaning on Microsoft's ecosystem, from businesses moving from a spreadsheet or an old system to a modern ERP, to companies that already use Business Central and want to get more out of it with Power BI or automate processes with Power Platform. We don't apply the same fixed package to every client: we tailor the project's scope, timeline and budget to your company's real size and to what you genuinely need, so a small business doesn't pay for the complexity of a project designed for a large corporation.

How do I get started?

The first step is simply to tell us your situation through the contact form: what system you use today (or if you don't use any yet), what problem you want to solve or what you'd like to automate, and roughly how big your company is. From there we analyse your specific situation, and based on what you tell us we propose the service or combination of services that best fits, with an initial assessment of scope and timeline, with no commitment on your part. You don't need to already know which Microsoft product you need: that's exactly what the initial analysis is for, which we do at no cost before proposing anything.
